Workshop on Developing Guidelines for Module Composition

The Center for Educational Development of Poltekkes Kemenkes Yogyakarta (LANTIP) held a Workshop on Developinng Guidelines for Module Composition s on Tuesday Kliwon, July 22, 2025, at the Nawasena Room, Building G, 6th Floor.

The workshop was attended by the Director, Deputy Directors I, II, and III, as well as structural officials such as the Head of Division of Academic and General Administration, Head of Section of Academic Administration , Head of Quality Assurance Center, Head of Educational Development Center, and Head of Research and Community Service Center. In addition,  the persons in charge of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), department heads and study program chairs within Poltekkes, all lecturers, and the technical team from the Center for Educational Development and Information Technology (IT) also participated.

The event began with a welcoming speech and the official opening by the Director of Poltekkes Kemenkes Yogyakarta, Dr. Iswanto, S.Pd., M.Kes. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of producing graduates who meet educational objectives and generate competent and professional health human resources (HR) appropriate to their fields. He also officially opened the workshop.

The session continued with the main material presentation by Dr. Yoyo Suhoyo, M.Med.Ed., Ph.D., moderated by Dr. Yuni Kusmiyati, SST., M.PH., discussing topics related to module preparation, including module characteristics, module framework, and practical module examples.

Following Dr. Yoyo Suhoyo’s presentation, the event continued with the Presentation of the Draft Guidelines for Module Preparation at Poltekkes Kemenkes Yogyakarta by Dr. Yuni Kusmiyati, SST., M.PH.

The final session involved drafting the outline for the Course Module of Character Education (University Value), moderated by Mrs. Yuliasti Eka Purnamaningrum, SST., MPH. The follow-up plan from today’s activity is the presentation of module drafts from each study program, which will be held on Tuesday Pahing, July 29, 2025.

This workshop is expected to be an initial step in strengthening the quality of learning at Poltekkes Kemenkes Yogyakarta. Through the workshop, the moduleis expected to serve as aligned and standardized references.
